Turly ("we", "us", or "our") places the highest importance on protecting the personal data and privacy of our users ("User", "you").

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, protected, and what rights you have when using our mobile applications (iOS and Android), website (turlyguide.com), and related live audio streaming and travel technology services.

To provide and improve our services, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Microphone & Audio Data: Microphone permission is required for tour guides (broadcasters). Audio data is transmitted encrypted in real-time packets via WebRTC protocol and is never saved on our servers.
• Location Data: Approximate or precise location data is processed (with your consent) for Qibla compass calibration, geographical prayer time calculations, and to allow guides and participants to locate each other on the map during the tour.
• Device & Usage Data: Technical performance metrics such as device model, OS version, app version, network type (Wi-Fi/Cellular), and crash reports.
• Contact & Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and organization name for licensed guides and corporate agencies. Regular tour participants are not required to create an account.

Collected personal and technical data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Delivering low-latency, high-definition live audio streaming,
• Accurately calculating prayer times and Qibla direction based on the user's current coordinates,
• Enabling tour participants to track and follow their guide effortlessly on the map,
• Ensuring service security, preventing fraud and unauthorized access,
• Responding promptly to technical support and customer inquiries.

Turly utilizes industry-standard WebRTC and LiveKit infrastructure for live audio broadcasts.

• Audio packets are encrypted end-to-end using DTLS/SRTP during transmission.
• Turly servers never write live sessions to disk as audio files, nor do third parties have eavesdropping access.
• Broadcasts can only be accessed by authorized participants possessing the valid 6-digit session PIN or QR code shared by the guide.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties under any circumstances.

Data may only be shared in the following scenarios:

• Secure cloud hosting and infrastructure providers necessary for service delivery (under strict confidentiality agreements),
• Legal obligations, court orders, or lawful requests from authorized regulatory authorities.

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, firewalls, and role-based access control.

Personal data is retained only for the duration required by the processing purpose or legal statutory limitation periods, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Under applicable data protection laws (GDPR/KVKK), you possess the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request access to and copies of your processed personal data,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data under statutory conditions.
