By accessing or using the Turly mobile application or web services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

Turly is a digital travel platform providing real-time, ultra-low latency audio streaming, prayer times, Qibla compass, and group coordination for Hajj, Umrah, and cultural guided tours.

Turly eliminates the need for bulky physical whispering devices, enabling smart and crystal-clear audio sessions directly via smartphones.

• Tour Participants: No account registration is required. Instant access is granted by entering the 6-digit code or scanning the QR code provided by the tour guide.
• Guides and Agencies: Licensed guide accounts are required to initiate broadcasts and manage groups. Guides/agencies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

When utilizing our Service, you agree to adhere to the following standards:

• Do not broadcast content that violates laws, moral standards, or the sacred atmosphere of holy and historical sites.
• Do not engage in reverse engineering, hacking, or activities that compromise server infrastructure and security.
• Do not distribute session invite codes for malicious or unauthorized access purposes.

The Turly logo, trademarks, UI designs, proprietary audio codec optimizations, and source code belong exclusively to Turly and are protected under international copyright laws.

No portion of the platform may be duplicated, modified, or commercially redistributed without prior written consent.

Turly utilizes high-availability edge server infrastructure to provide uninterrupted streaming. However, Turly cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions caused by cellular network congestion, weak carrier coverage, or device limitations.

Prayer times and Qibla calculations are based on astronomical mathematical formulas; compass calibration remains the user's responsibility.

Turly reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to turlyguide.com.

Broadcasting privileges of accounts violating these Terms may be suspended unilaterally.
